A Clinical Study on Chronic Hepatitis

Abstract

|
A clinical study was performed on 34 cases of chronic hepatitis confirmed with liver biopsy including 14 cases of active chronic hepatitis, 10 cases of inactive chronic hepatitis and 10 cases of chromic hepatitis with cirrhosis seen at Chonnam University Hospital and active chronic hepatitis ´ group was studied and analyzed with age distribution, clinical symptoms, signs and biochemical function tests. The results showed that male was *0%-predominant; fever, almost nil; serumGOT(glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) and STT (sorbitol tolerance test), superior to BSP as an activity indicator.
